Child, show us the way.

You who remain close to the first source of love: Show us love.

Your entrance into the world seemed so easy-- Like a chapter in a fairy-tale.

What did you know about hardened hearts?

What did you know about cold spirits?

Everything.

And still you loved. With love that was fresh and alive in a dark December night.

Show us how to love.
